I am currently an assistant profssor at the Department of Economics at Hacettepe University, Ankara, Turkey.  I received my Ph.D. degree from Department of Agricultural, Environmental and Development Economics, the Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio in 2007. My M.A. degrees are from Department of Economics, the Ohio State University and Department of Economics, Kobe University, Japan.

My current research interests include Environmental and Resource Economics, Environmental Evaluation, Cost-Benefit Analysis, Spatial Econometrics, Environmental CGE, Management of Commons,  Agent-based Models, Environment in Developing Countries, Sustainable Agriculture, Sustainable Tourism.
